I think I would want to follow her and find the secret nest (if there is one) and salvage the eggs. Sometimes they will recruit flock mates to lay in those nests. Occasionally if you recheck, you'll find more from time to time.

Oh how true this is. Here is my account of these crazy birds. https://www.backyardchickens.com/articles/can-you-outsmart-a-chicken.74413/I think I would want to follow her and find the secret nest (if there is one) and salvage the eggs. If you don't free range full time, I doubt she's laying in range area.We do have a run, when we aren’t home they stay in the run but on weekends and evenings when we are home they free range.
I honestly don’t know if she’s laying or not right now! I don’t think she is. I don’t think she’s laying when she’s free ranging. I followed her around yesterday and went down all her little paths. Nothing. But I probably will go ahead and coop them for a bit and see.If you don't free range full time, I doubt she's laying in range area.
Is she laying?
You might keep them confined 24/7 for a week or two, just to be sure she's laying in coop nests.
Might be why she's an 'outcast'....non-layers are lower in the pecking order.I honestly don’t know if she’s laying or not right now! I don’t think she is.
