I'm not sure we just got hopefully her yesterday ... I asked for a hen around 16-20 weeks but we think she is a little younger.

I'm assuming that is a barred rock? Females normally have darker coloring and the males tend to be lighter in color. I'd say you have a pullet so far because I am not seeing anything that screams cockerel but I am not 100% sure.
