does anyone know if she’s a pullet? i think she’s a buff orphington and she’s 9 weeks old

yeah i figured she didn’t look like a buff orphington that much, any advice on red sex links??
Yes, take extra good care of them. Any sex link chicken is a hybrid created to lay a copious amount of eggs. They lay prolifically for three years or so and then egg laying slows down after that. With good care, they can live good lives but are prone to many different reproductive issues due to the fact that they lay many eggs.

I haven’t had any RSL’s, though I have heard that they lay lots of eggs. But because of this, they end up getting reproductive issues and generally don’t live to long.
