I have 28 new pullets. I have them in a coop that has a 5 gallon bucket with 2 water nipples. Is it normal for them to be all wet and for the coop floor to have moisture for the water?

It sounds like you are having a lot of leakage from the waterer -- this could be stemming from a few different causes. Are you sure the nipples themselves are installed in a way that is watertight -- no leakage from around the nipples or out of the nipples? Is it set so low that the birds are bumping the nipples with their backs as they move around under it?

Great thank you for the help they might be rubbing against it.I know that the nipples are water tight.
