Pullets legs are in front of her

I have a 7 week old bantam pullet, I noticed last week she was wobbling and couldn’t walk well so I brought her in and isolated her from her flock. He legs are straight out in front of her and she try’s to stand but can’t. After having her in for a week she started standing and walking again, (not great, but it was improvement) so I gave her a warm soapy bath to clean her feathers last night and then suddenly she couldn’t walk again, same symptoms as before. She doesn’t appear to be in pain she still eats and drinks. I need to know what’s wrong with her, it’s driving me crazy!

It may be a vitamin B deficiency. Try giving her B-complex that contains B-2, 6, and 12, all key for nerve connections and leg strength.

You can just pop a pill into her beak each day until she improves.

If she continues to get worse in spite of the vitamin Bs, then you might suspect Marek's or lymphoid leucosis, two very common avian viruses that cause paralysis.

Great thank you! I thought maybe it was a leg injury. Because she seemed to be getting better then after her bath I wondered if maybe I caused the injury to flare up again. It is so hard to tell with chickens

UPDATE:
She didn’t make it poor little baby, She tried so hard and had so much fight in her but she just wasn’t strong enough. She got to where she couldn’t eat or drink, so my husband took care of her She isn’t suffering anymore though.
