Got these two ladies a month ago from a local woman that sells a variety of pullets. I’ve purchased 9 pullets from her in the past. She’s never once picked a cockerel by mistake for me. These two I’m unsure about. They aren’t as fluffy in the cheeks as my last EE that died around 16 weeks. And they buck up at one another. No crowing or sexy behavior noted. I can’t have roosters so really hoping I’m just being paranoid. I think they are probably around 10-12 weeks old.
And it’s extremely hot out so they are very overheated as has been the whole last month. They have a kiddie pool 3 waterers and completely shaded run with large industrial garage fan. It’s a struggle down here I’m Texas currently!
