Really? At 18 weeks shouldn’t they have male feathering?

#2 looks like a male to me. In general the pics would be better if you could take pics of them standing, from the side in good lighting. It is hard to see what should be obvious at this point in the current pics.

Yes. They seem to be slow developers. One of them is starting to get them in, though:
