Pullets or cockerels?

Well, the neighbor dog annihilated our little flock, so we've had to replace them. People are asking crazy prices out here for anything feathered, and we lucked out finding some five week old barnyard mixes. I would love help figuring how many of these little guys we may be able to keep-we are not keeping 10 roosters! We were told the frizzle is a cockerel, but the others are all open. Do I need to take other body pics? I was kind of going on comb size/color, but happy to take pics of whatever else may help.
Another question-the frizzle keeps getting attacked, and is looking a bit like a buzzard. Should I just separate him with one or two other more docile chicks? Will I be able to integrate him back in when he's older, or will they hate him because he's different? Thanks!

Going by combs and waddles, I am guessing that only the frizzle is a roo. I have 2 frizzle polish - 1 hen and 1 roo. Both get picked on. I do think that it is because they are different. Mine mostly get pecked on the head where their feathers stick up. My silkies also get picked on at times (mostly when their head feathers get wet and stick up like the polish's).

They are still a little young. I think 5, 6 , 8 and possibly even 1 may be cockerels.
