pullets, roosters?

I've been asked by Briar (formerly Ducklove334) since he handles all the chicken stuff to post these pictures for him. This are the three surviving chicks that were hatched back in june by a cochin named lily. They are 13 weeks old now, and Briar thinks they are all pullets, but he wants other opinions
