We recently built a tractor and got our first chickens! My wife also wanted a Guinea so I picked up one of them as well. Our guinea is two weeks older than our RIR pullets and already resides in the tractor. What can I do to make the pullets transition from to brooder to the tractor as peaceful as possible?

I placed the chicks outside today next to the run and the guinea was doingeeverything in its power to get through the fence and bite the chicks. It even caused two of them to bleed. I'm thinking I may have to get rid of what I hoped would be the RIRs watchdog, any thoughts?

Gave the guinea to our neighbors who have older chickens and she fell right in with them, all is well.
