The combs are large for that age, but still pale. I think they are probably pullets, but keep an eye on them and post again if needed.

Maybe, or maybe hybrid vigor, since they are hatchery mixes. There could be a lot of reasons for them having larger combs that don't necessarily mean they are males.They're mixed with leghorns so I'm not sure if that may be why they're bigger?
Yeah, I agree. If they were sold as sexed pullets then that's most likely what they are.@JedJackson
True. I'm also thinking that with them being the same breed and having similar comb sizes, then it may be a breed thing. I mean,yes,it's possible they're both males, but what odds would it be that the exact 2 that are the same breed end up being the only males,you know
Sorry about the loss of your mother-in-law.Ok,it's been a while. My mother in law passed away so things have been hectic. Here's these 2 at now 9 weeks. Pretty sure girls. The first one has red coming in around its mouth but the comb is still pretty small so still iffy on that one.
