Pullets??

I have 4 chickens ranging from 6-7 weeks! 2 barred rocks and 2 buff orpingtons. Can I tell if they’re pullets yet??

Buff 1 is looking like a cockerel, buff 2 may be pullet.

Barred 1 may be pullet and barred 2 may be cockerel.
