Pulling out feathers!!!

Ok. I know this is gross, but it happened. My one black chicken was picking on the other so this morning I found the other like this. So I separated them and now she is with my bantams. Please what do I do. Once one picks on one the other chickens follow so please what do I do. Oh! This is not the first time this has happened so I'm defiantly getting rid of the one who starts it.
 
I would spray it daily with BluKote. The feathers will probably start to grow back in 3 weeks, but those new feathers will be tempting, so keep it sprayed or you will need to cage her with food and water in the coop. If you are planning on putting her back with the big girls, I would cage her in their coop.
 
It is an act of dominance happens all the time keep it separated for a while put meds on it. She will live
