i am in pa, will have plenty of eggs in the spring i hope,don't know what will hatch out of them , i am going to breed the daughters back to my rooster , trying for color, they are such beautiful birds,mine are a bit agressive, but are awesome birds.

They are beautiful birds. I have been watching them since Greenfire Farms started selling them. I had Old English Bantam Games some years ago, So am a game bird fancier also.

At what age do you separate your cocks? I used to tether my bantam games, with barrels for a coop, and let the hens free range, at which they were very good.

Any Hulseys in MI?

I haven't had them long enough to tell you but from I've heard it should be around 8 months old.

i got her at a swap this spring as a newly hatched chick with 11 others.

Wow... I´m still shocked to see how Diluted and Restricted the Males look(specially the hackles) yet the females look like your everyday wheaten? something special is going on with these awesome birds

I dont think so. she looks too large.. they are game fowl after all
