Pumpkin questions

We have not carved our pumpkins yet. I am pretty sure our chicks will like it. They do not need to be cooked.

I'm planning to ask my neighbors to save me their pumpkin seeds when they carve their jack o lanterns. I figure I'll pop the seeds inside a freezer bag and put in the chest freezer for use over time.

I live in a neighborhood with lots of neighbors, and we have an email list.
