With my teething/biting I would dent the sides of their mouths in on itself so they would bite themselves. Soon they learn not to bite.

When teaching to go potty, I would tell them pee-pee as they were peeing, and poo-poo, and I would say "Pee-pee outside." I would take them out after eating, when they just wake up, and alot.

I say potty-potty
They have to go before and after everything, it's exhausting

And don't forget the importance of praise for success. I'm glad we don't have any close neighbors.. I sounded something like a looney cheerleader/preschool teacher when potty training our crew.

I've always used the "better option" philosophy when dealing with puppy mouthiness. Keep toys EVERYWHERE. As soon as teeth touch skin, a gentle "no bite" and an instant swap for a toy... then take a moment to make that toy FUN and snap back to cheerleader mode. You have to make it perfectly clear to them what you approve of, and redirect inappropriate behavior. If they do something wrong, "no" is not enough, you have to show them: 1) an appropriate alternative behavior, 2) that your preferred behavior can be more fun than the inappropriate one, and 3) how pleased you are with it.
And of course, consistency is so important and works wonders.
