puppy has multiple symptoms - any ideas?

Gracie ate her supper! And she's acting like she feels better. She still has the sores of course, but at least she's eating.

Well we still don't know what exactly is wrong with her but we have ointment for the rash and pepcid, boiled chicken and rice for the tummy. She had normal stool this morning, and that was clear of parasites, her urine was also clear of infection. But she didn't eat again this morning. The vet checked pus from one of the sores and didn't see any bacteria. Poor baby has to wear "the cone". She hates it of course. If no improvement in a few days or if she gets worse we go back for more tests.
