Puppy peeing brown with blood?

Our puppy is peeing alot and its almost brown in color, and I found some blood! Vet doesn't open until tomorrow... anybody got any ideas on whats wrong?

Any other symptoms? Is he eating? Drinking a lot, a little, or normal? Listless? Active (normal)? Dry or wet nose?

Everything else is normal. Very active and playful. dry nose though

Breed? Where did you get it from?

German Shepard, 4 months, female
and we got her from near Akron, Ohio

Sounds like a severe urinary tract infection
