Why do you have a puppy so young? (Yes, that's an important question, not a judgy one)
If you don't have the mother, what are you feeding it? How often?
Do you know if the mother had her vaccines?

It could be coccidiosis. It could be intestinal distress/scarring. It could be parvo, which absolutely WILL, 100%, be fatal without a vet.

I am a long way from a city too. Literally 2.5 hours from one, and 50-55 minute drive from the closest town that isn't just a gas station and post office along the highway. But I still have a vet. Rural areas have farm vets - they come out to your farm, although you can drive in to them.

Any sign of internal bleeding in a puppy that young is likely to be serious, so I would suggest finding a vet right away. If you're not sure how, give your state and county - or country and county if you're out of the US, and I'll send you a list.

Could be diet change on such a sensitive stomach? Or possibly Bever Fever "Giardiasis"? Parvo?
Definitely contact a Vet.
I have a GSD's. A 4 week old puppy should still be nursing. I would definitively get it to a Vet ASAP. I agree with all the above. 4 weeks is to young to be having these issue. Sorry your experiencing blood in the stool.

Parvo and coccidia are two things that come to mind. What are you feeding this puppy?

I agree both of those could result in bloody stool. My first thought is possibly Parvovirus. If so that is very serious and needs to be diagnosed and treated by a veterinarian very quickly. They need to be vaccinated several times through their puppyhood against Parvovirus and Distemper.

Even if you can't get to a vet, definitely call the vet and get advice. Bloody stool, especially in a puppy this young, is serious. Can you get a vet who does farm calls for horses and cattle to come out and examine your puppy?

Thanks guys. I asked a couple of vets for help via message, im way up in the mountains in Guerrero state,Mexico. The puppy is doing good now. And yes i didnt know it was too young to be separated from his mom, the guy that sold him to me said it was fine and i wrongly believed him.. but he seems to be doing good now
