Purchased as sexed pullets - now suspecting I have 2 Roos

Hi! This past April I purchased my first six chickens from a local feed store. Fast forward three months, and I'm beginning to suspect I may have brought home two roosters in place of the hens I wanted. I have no problems with having roosters, but it's illegal in the area I live in for me to keep them. I'm willing to have them caponized, but I'd like a bit of input to be sure I'm not imagining anything.

Here are the suspects:



Left most Australorp, Colombia (she's been crowing in the morning, but only a half-crow), and the Barred Rock, Dragon

I've looked up pictures of roosters of both breeds, and I'm having a difficult time sexing them. Any input?

They are both cockerels. Do you know someone nearby who will caponize them for you>

There's a few local vets that see chickens, and I live in a farm community. If I can't find someone, I can take them upstate, if needed.

What is the survivor rate of caponizing.?

If they learn how to crow first, it might be too late.
