I'm in the UK too, and our BO had a bout of mycoplasma a few weeks ago, for which Tylan 200 soluble did the trick.

However, we used it all, and now we are thinking about getting hold of some more and keeping it in storage, as the mycoplasma is sure to re-occur at some point. To do so would require us getting another prescription out of the vet, which he isn't going to give us until she gets ill again (and he will charge us another £25 for the privelege, plsu the cost of the medication).

How about you go ahead and buy the large size online from your prescription and I will purchase the excess from you? I would be happy to pay you straight away via Paypal if you wanted...

Drama over i remembered the gentleman that i purchased a few birds from and asked if he had some

got tylan 100 so doubled the amount i needed

Best of luck. Be careful with antibiotics. If they work one time, they may not work the next time because resistance an be acquired in just one use of the drug.

thankyou for the advice i hope to never experience this again. i personally hate the use of antibiotics both in humans and animals!!

i dont think shewill survive without it
