Pure breed speckled sussex?

Do these look like pure breed speckled sussex or a hybrid. Buddy told me they are pure breed. Need some closure.

They are most likely pure since they have all the characteristics of Speckled Sussex.

They certainly look like pure Speckled Sussex. They appear to have the correct comb type (single), the correct skin color (white/pink), and the correct coloration (mahogany red with black and white flecks).

They look purebred to me. Is there a reason you're asking?

edited to add....speckling is recessive, so a bird with only one speckled parent won't be speckled. To have a speckled bird, both parents must carry the correct genes. Makes it pretty likely they're pure bred.
