If I have 2 different breed roos say breed x and breed y in with my breed Y hens and i remove breed x roo.How long before all my eggs will be fertilized by only the breed y roo?I read I thought semen can last for weeks in the hen.

Depending on health of the Male and and the Female/s your looking at about 4 weeks until the Hen/s are clean.
