Pure white Manchurian quail?

I am brooding out some quail and 3 of my Manchurian quail are pure white. Can someone tell me what this is?

Your Manchurian quail must be carrying white and have passed that on to some of their offspring. Manchurian is dominant but if two birds are split to white then they will produce roughly 25% whites when bred together.

Thank you. I have not know of any white quail in our bloodline so that is weird.

Recessive colours can hide until the two birds carrying that hidden colour meet and surprise you with their offspring.
