Purified water?

I've been giving my chicks purified water, but some people say city water that has lot's of chemicals is okay. What kind of water do you think is best? I want healthy chickens tht lay organic eggs.

I would say keep on giving them purified water,but I give my chickens city water and they
taste really good

If your purified water is practically free (for example, a filter at your sink) then why not?

But if it is costing you money I wouldn't bother myself.
