Turns out molasses (the ingredient in a flock block that holds it together) is a laxative.

Just when you thought your chickens couldn't poop anymore than they already do. I would suggest staying away from these or putting it somewhere they only have a little bit of access...

Good reason to store ALL feed/ supplements for different animals in a feed room with a door.

Molasses is healthy for horses.

(My horses like chicken feed--go figure.)
