Purina gamebird feed

Dors anyone use purina gamebird grow and plumage? It's 30% protien and this is all I can find locally above the usual 20% feed. Is this too much for my Bobs an cots?

Min. 1.50% I will be adding oyster shell once they start laying.

1.5% is sort of the top end but it should be fine. Between 1-1.5 is preferred. Dont add oyster shell unless you see thin shelled eggs. Quail roosters cant process very much calcium. If overdone for long periods it could cause organ failure. purina startena is wat a lot of us use, go to purina mills website and look at gamebird and turkey startena. Click on guaranteed analysis and you can compare your feed to GBS.
