She could be suffering from anemia. You can treat the mites with permethrin dust or spray, Elector PSP, or ivermectin. I’m sure there’s other treatments as well. You most likely are gonna want to clean the coop too. Also, check over your other chickens.Yup little bugs on her skin

How do I treat anemiaIf she has mites, it's very safe to assume every bird near her has them too. They can cause anemia and can kill weaker birds if they get to be too many
Don’t use soap, just water. Her feathers will dry off later.How do I wash her without ruining her feathers?
