Purple comb milky poop

It’s the injectable ivermectin. I was told by a breeder 4mL in a gal of water for worms. So I added it. Just maybe 3 hours ago. The birds are 10 weeks old. I hatched them via shipped eggs from someone in state. They are on medicated feed, but do free range all day my sickest one is separated I. A kennel inside. The other one is outside with the flock. She’s still running around but is laying down with eyes closed more than normal. She is still eating and drinking. I have a sulfa abx and powder CORID.

I bought the liquid goat dewormer. How should I use it to deworm if I put the other in the water
That was fast getting the sulfa drug!
I would use that.

Goat dewormer, if it's Safeguard (Fenbendazole), the dose is 0.23ml per pound of weight given orally once a day for 5 days. It doesn't go in the water.

I've run across putting Ivermectin in water before, but I'm just not too convinced about how effective it would be. If you are going to deworm with Fenbendazole, then I would leave off the Ivermectin.

I had it on hand from a bad bout of coccidosis in last years chicks. I changed the water and now have the CORID and sulfa abx in the water. I do have safeguard. The first sick on died. The second one that has been lethargic seems to be perking up. Scratching and free ranging. Eating and drinking I’ve given her lots of the CORID and sulfa in a syringe. Hopefully she continues to improve. She had some solid pieces in her poop too. Everyone else seems fine with normal poops. Thanks so much for the help. We may have saved one of my favorite new girls lives.

That's encouraging news. You may do a drench dose at any time for a very sick chick. It involves using the Corid at full strength or at a concentrated amount. For a chick, I would give no more than .1ml at a time.
