Oh! Yea, the color is back to a more red tone. She’s was still a bit lethargic but started foraging around and downed the sugar water provided to her. I really appreciate your suggestions!

Thanks for all the advice, friends. She’s back to how she was yesterday so I gave her electrolytes. The weather has been warm yesterday and today. She just seems confused and has white watery poop.

Try to get her drinking well. Water can be added to chicken feed to make it intersting, and to get more fluids into her. White droppings can be a sign of dehydration.

Her color does look better but she has a poor body posture with a wide stance. Have you checked her abdomen for fluid build up?
In the first picture you posted, the text read that she looked that way in the morning and her crop looked very large in the picture. Have you checked her crop function?

I’m still learning but I did look up where it is and how to feel for it. It’s circular and solid. Should it be?

To accurately check crop function, you need to take up food and water at night and check the crop in the morning before the chicken eats or drinks. You want to find a flat empty crop in the morning. Failing that, it's a good bet there's a crop disorder that needs treating.

I read up and found that olive oil and massaging her crop might help. I’ll try that as it was solid this morning.

Her crop didn’t feel enlarged or bulky this morning after I took away food and water overnight. She’s still the same - lethargic, seems kind of confused at times, but still eats/drinks (not a ton). I also noticed she’s sleeping in her nesting bed instead of her perch. Her feet seem to turn in a well and her tail is down. I just don’t want her suffering.
