Purple leg

A baby chicken was walking around in the mud then its feets covered with it. Its mom didnt let to us get it. 1 day later we saw it cant walk like the mud dried so we got it get rid of the mud. Now it still cant walk. Its leg is purple. What to do?!

How tragic. This chick may lose its leg. What country are you from? Can you get Vetericyn wound spray where you live? That's what I would use on the legs several times a day.

In addition, put vitamin B-complex into its water each day. This may help restore feeling to the legs so it might walk again.
