Purple speckeled eggs?

I get one speckeled egg per day, sometimes 2. one of them is the standard brown egg with dark brown speckels. The other has light lavender coloured speckels. Is this normal?

Do you know what causes them? Today I got 3 speckeled eggs for the first time, but it is always the same hen laying the lavender speckled ones.

The breed is a new hampshire crossed barred rock, I believe. They came as a "hatch day choice" in my last order so it was a surprise as to what they would be. They are they speckled egg layers, there are 3 of them laying speckeled eggs, but one one lavender one.
It may sound cool, but everyone in my family looks at them weird, or tryes to clean them off insisting my husband is playing a trick on me. But I have seen her lay them.​

We get a brown with white speckles over the entire egg - I think its one of our Red Stars. I want one of the lavender speckled that sounds really cool. Do post a picture.
