Purple Sweet Potatoes! 🍠

I figured I would share if anyone was curious about purple sweet potatoes. I ordered the Purple Majesty slips from Johnny’s and planted them last spring. I am surprised at how well they are still storing. Absolutely gorgeous purple color! The taste and texture is somewhere in-between a sweet potato and a russet. I ordered more slips to plant this spring.
