Purpose behind chicken tractors?

Pardon me if this has already been said on this thread but if you are going to have that many chickens, a chicken tractor is just not an option unless you plan on pulling it around your property with a heavy duty truck or tractor. They are really more for 8 or less chickens to make them light enough to move around. With that many chickens, yes you will be doing cleaning often.
