Pus pocket on comb

My roo have a big comb..
My neice accidentally applied some lip balm on his comb and yesterday I notice that one side has a pus pocket looking like something
When I touch it with a Q tip skin patch remove like pus layer I applied some essential oil afterwards now it has a crust

ALSO WE HAVING 5C TEMPERATURE IN DELHI INDIA IS CAUSE OF WINTER

I really need help as my vet is on holiday and I'm unable to contact him any advices will be helpful..

He's acting eating drinking good. Playing all the time crow also exact...

Oh I removed that skin and applied some oil afterwards I apply some antiseptic powder (seems its a fungus)

We have only 1 avian vet in our area whose currently on holiday out of city .unfortunately

By pus pocket, do you mean like a blister? Maybe some sort of deawing salve to dry it out? Or antibiotic ointment?

Yeah u got it ..I applied some antibiotic powder I use for fungal infections
