put my first eggs in the bator today.... have a few questions

I just put 27 eggs in the bator, this is my first experience with incubating eggs. I have a couple of questions if you guys don't mind helping me out.

1. 21 days to hatch... do I count this as day 1 or tomorrow as day 1?

2. I'm supposed to stop turning eggs three days prior to hatching, so obviously I'd need to know the answer to #1 first, but do I stop turning on the 22nd?

3. The instructions said not to open the incubator for the first day after putting the eggs in. I do not have an egg turner, so I should begin turning eggs tomorrow evening?

4. It says to turn the eggs atleast 2-3 times a day, at the same time every day. Is 2 times a day enough?

2 you stop on 18 day.
3 Yes
4 2 will do but more is better
