Put my mind at ease...Do I have 3 pullets?

My first time posting a pic!! RIR & Buff Orp are 4 weeks, Black Sex Link is 5 weeks in photo. Do I have a trio of pullets?? I am BRAND NEW to the chicken world, if you couldn't tell already!

The black one looks like a roo to me...
The yellow one looks like a hen...
The red I can't decide if it's a roo or hen!

The black sexlink is a pullet, as black sexlink males are barred. They all look girly to me for now, but I'd say post again in two weeks.

You have a triangle of pullets but it is kinda of hard to tell at this age
