Putting 3 week old chicks outside

Hello,
Was wondering if anyone had any advice as far as moving my chicks outside in their run, but still in their dog crate I keep them in with the brooder.
I have 2 10 week olds currently in the coop/run area, but I would keep the babies still enclosed from the other 2 older ones but they all will be able to see each other.
My worry is the heat here. Today will be 102 and I’m curious if the heat is dangerous to 3 week olds. The low tonight will be 75 so I was thinking I could plug in the heat plate tonight just in case they need it..
Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!

You could put them out and keep an eye out for signs of overheating.

How many new chicks do you have in the dog crate out if curiosity? I’ll be picking my chicks up in 2 weeks & plan to move them outside at 3-4 weeks (but our temps are nowhere near as high as yours).
