Putting a hen back outside

If you've had a sick or injured chicken in the house and they're well enough to go back to the coop, how much of a temperature difference is ok for them? Like if it's 69 degrees in the house, and 45 outside, is that too drastic of a difference too quick?

Should be fine. It's always best to isolate a chicken in the coop where it can still be seen or else you may have troubles putting it back with the flock.

You know, most chickens can have that much of a change even when they stay outside all of the time. What is important, is when one is brought in to very warm temps for a long period of time, then put outside in freezing temps, they would have more trouble adjusting.
