What age or when is the best time to move the baby ducks and chicks from their little baby hutch/coop to the barn/ coop?

As soon as it's completely predator proof and you can provide a safe heat source.

Temps are 80s during the day and high 50s through 60s at night in my area and mine are doing just fine outside at 2weeks and change with no supplemental heat. I hardened them off by weaning off heat til it was basically room temp in the house then daily trips outside for increasing amounts of time.

I live in a Palatka, Florida so at night it’s anywhere from 55 to mid 70s at night and anywhere from 70 to 90 during the day
Right now weather is a little weird cus it’s spring time.
Depends on your temps then, I guess.

Hey, I used to live there!

You should be fine, you'll want to slowly lower the heat a bit every day til the spot under brooder or heat lamp is room temp, then put them outside only during the day for a few hours. You should be able to have them outside in a week.

I already have them in a hutch outside
