Putting chicken eggs under a broody duck

Has anyone ever put any chicken eggs under a broody duck. I have seen some of my hens lay an egg with a duck egg. Has anyone ever done this and has anyone been successful with them hatching? I haven’t noticed any of my hens getting broody so I’m tempted to put them with my duck next time she gets broody just to see what happens.

You’d most likely have to takes the chicks away from mama duck or she’ll try and teach them to swim wouldn’t go over so good. Or remove all swimming water till she weans them. All buckets of water too. And there is always the chance she may crush the eggs since chicken eggs are as thick
