Putting chicks back together?

Hello,
I'm new to chickens and I've got a brooder full of healthy chicks. 2 of the chicks got pasty butt and were weak so I took them out and put them in a different brooder, my hospital wing pun intended haha, so they didn't get trampled or under fed. Anyways I got them back to healthy chicks thanks to you guys, but they've been out of the brooder with the others for over a week. Some of the chicks in the brooder are much bigger due to different breeds and I got them a week apart. Will it be ok to put them back with the others or could this cause problems? Nochick is over 2 weeks old. How do I go about putting them back in with the others?

Just put them back in.

I add chicks to my brooder at different stages without issue
