putting eggs in incubator

We moved our broody hen today to a place by herself. She is young and first time sitting. Since we have moved her she will not sit on her eggs. We have 10 more days to go. Can we put these eggs in incubator. She has been off for about 2 hours now?

Put them in the bator right now.

I hope it gets up to temp soon. I find if you are going to move them, you do it sooner rather than later.

i tried to put chicks under a first time broody yesterday... she's been on the nest for close to a month... she wouldn't take them.

I take her off of the nest (of golf balls) for a couple of days and she goes right back to it.. but she attacks chicks.

I'll probably have to sell her... and she is a gorgeous blue wheaten ameraucana.
