Putting in eggs later

I have about 8 eggs in my bator on day 16/17 right now, and so i can have a good laying amount. I need to know if it's okay to put in 6 new eggs while the other eight on day 16 are still in there.

I dont see a problem with it. We do it quite a bit and haven't had any problems with it. Thats just my opinion.

Do you have a turner? I want to add some more soon but the eggs I have in there are on an auto turner and have to be taken out 3 days before the hatch.

We just have a small bator and its kinda agravatting but it works.
