Putting plastic on cement floor

OK thanks again everyone. I think I will look into maybe 2 mats to put on the floor with a whole lotta pine bedding, (I'd like to find those pine pellets that someone was talking about in another post) then maybe once a week or however often I need to, roll up the 2 separate mats and throw away the bedding and hose off the mats and let dry before I put them back in. Thanks for all the ideas everyone.
