At what age can a roo be put in with a hen. I have a dominicker roo that is about 9 to 10 weeks old or maybe older. And I jus built a new pen for him and some ladies but had to put one of my year and a half old hen in the pen bc her back is bald and she's a egg eater. Will she pick on him?

You will want to integrate slowly .. some hens think all young birds are their babies and will take them under their wing others will beat the tar out of them .. I would put the roo in a small cage inside the run with the hen and see how they react to eachother.. If they do well go for it but watch them closely and break up any major fights.. they will have a few small squabbles but that is normal...

Very good advice above - integrate slowly- but expect some pecking order displays. Don't leave them unnatended too long unless you know they are coexhisting ok.
