At what age can a roo be put in with a hen? Not to breed. The reason I'm asking is that I have a 9 to 10 week old dominicker roo and I built a new pen for him and some ladies but I had to put a year and a half hen in his pen bc her back is starting to get bald and he is a egg eater. Is it ok to put him in with her or will she pick on him?
