PVC Pipe Feeder and Waterer

My husband and I found these and would like to DIY them, does anyone have a good link with measurements and piece names?

The waterer looks to be 6 inch pvc. about 30 inches high. 2 end caps. Handle made from small tube pvc like 3/4 inch. The feeder looks like 4 inch pvc. about 36 inches high. one cap, one plug, and one T fitting. Handle same as waterer. T fitting modified by being cut down as shown in your picture.
My suggestion. Take a picture of what you posted and go to your local hardware store or home center. The friendly peeps should be able to sell you all that you need.
The cup drinkers can be purchased on Ebay for reasonable price.
