PVC/Rentacoop Port Feeder Cap

We recently purchased the rent a coop port feeder kit and it has been working great except we need something to cap the opening at night to keep mice and the like out. Any suggestions?

A pvc test plug might work for you. There are different sizes.

If you email rent a coop they will sometimes send you the covers for free. They also sell the covers on their website, just not off their amazon site.

The mouse caps will allow moisture to build up in feed during hot weather... I opened my "chicken trash can feeder" (after closing 2 ports) and it was full of worms...
