It is a wives tale that their pelvis shrinks. What can happen is the cartilage in her pelvis can turn to bone though, and this restricts how lose her pelvis can get when it comes time for birth (this is slow process that usually only is a problem if it is an older doe with no previous births). I agree with Staykins, since she has been proven to have a sucessful kidding in the past year, she should be just fine.
